Joe Maresca a butcher with his brother Emil has run this shop in Sergeantsville or over 60 years.
I painted in their shop once a week for two years. The shop was celebrated with a show of my work in a small gallery close to their shop.
"Joe" and his brother are featured in a short story "The Lamb Roast" in the January 17th issue of the New Yorker magazine.
